Arrival & Departure Information:
You should arrive by the evening of Friday, March 21st. There will be registration and a meet & greet at Nalanda West from 7 to 9 pm. The program will begin on the morning of Saturday, March 22nd. The program will end at noon on Sunday, March 30th.

Air: Shuttle service is available from Seatac airport that will drop you at your motel or Nalanda West.
Accomodations:
As Nalanda West does not have residences participants are responsible for their own accomodations and transportation. We have arranged for special rates at two area motels. You should make reservations at one of these motels by the registration deadline of February 28 in order to guarantee the special rates.
1) Marco Polo Motel

Location: 10 minute walk to Nalanda West.
Rate: $59/night plus tax for single bed, $65/night for two beds.
Description: An older motel, this choice is for students for whom convenience is more of a factor than the bustle of a major street, or amenities. Aurora is a major thoroughfare so traffic noise is significant. When you phone say you are with Nitartha Institute to get the special rate.
2) Extended Stay America

Description: This is a clean and nice choice, but a drive rather than walking distance. We will do our best to match those who can offer rides with those who need them, though we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Please let us know on your application if you will be able to give rides. ESA is also accessible by bus or taxi from Nalanda West.
Rate: $63/night plus tax for single bed (regular rate is $69), $74/night for two beds.
Description: This is a clean and nice choice, but much further. All rooms come with full kitchens, free local phone, voice mail, etc. Internet access is wireless and costs $5 for the entire stay. Click here for more info. When you phone say you are with Nitartha Institute. Rate guaranteed only until application deadline of Feb 28th. After that date, the price goes to the regular price of $69/day. Special rate is only applicable for stay of the entire program.
