*Experience Nitartha for a Day

This year Nitartha will also be introducing an Experience Nitartha for a Day program. Local students are invited to join us for a full day’s “taste test” experience! The day begins with Lüjong (yogic body-mind exercises) starting at 7:00am in the morning, followed by Analytical Meditation lead by Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen, and following that, sit in on any of our classes and discussion groups in the BUD/LAN/HEA Departments throughout the rest of the day. And, you can sign up for as many days as you like!

For all Vancouver Local students, if you would like to “hang out” with the Nitartha community during lunch or dinner times, you can also order UBC on-campus meals through us. We can arrange this for you so long as you let us know one month in advance. UBC doesn’t allow drop-in meal purchases.

Lunch is $10.24 CAD/meal including tax.
Dinner is $12.55 CAD/meal including tax.
