From one of our students:
Debate is like a high-level mental agility game. It is challenging and fun. It breaks through your habitual mental habits, opening up your discernment and your perception of the world. Debate sharpens your intellect and enhances your understanding of dharma. It is a practice of cutting through your conceptual mind in creative surprising ways. On top of it all, it can be a bridge to establish new relationships and find new friends. What else can you ask for?
These are experiences I personally had when taking the debate course at Nitartha. Try it out for yourself!
